With the designs consolidated we will then meticulously prepare the plans to be submitted to council for development approval, including consultation with neighbours prior to lodgement and then manage the process on your behalf.
At this stage you’ll be introduced to a Timeless appointed Interior Designer who will guide you through the selection of finishes, colours, fittings, appliances, flooring and all aspects of the detailing.
Upon planning approval from Council, we transition to creating construction drawings for your new home.
Upon completion of the plans the builder prepares for site-ready development through the submission of the building licence, obtaining the engineering certification, energy rating and the CDC (Certificate of Design Compliance)
