About Timeless Brochure
December 2025
At Timeless, we believe a remarkable home begins with understanding – of the site, the people who will live there and the way they want to experience everyday life.
Every element is considered with purpose, from orientation and natural light to spatial flow, materiality and the relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces. The result is a home that feels deeply personal, beautifully resolved and enduring in its design.
Our studio brochure offers an introduction to Timeless, our award-winning projects and the considered design journey we share with our clients. Discover our approach, explore a selection of completed homes and learn how we guide each project from the first conversation through design, documentation and development.

Timeless were elated to be included in the Top 20 of Australia’s best houses and thrilled to place 1 st in the category of Best Residential Alteration. Aptly named the Phoenix Haus because a fire had gutted the previous building, Timeless created a contemporary home blending a light palette with stunning dark textural timbers and external landscaping habitats that provide a perfect sanctuary. Timeless are currently working with the owners to create a new Timeless Home in City Beach.
